It sounds like this could be what's happened here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When checking your bank statement, do both payments have the same reference number?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Did the first payment completely clear from your account, or was it rejected?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If both payments have completely cleared, or they each have a different reference number, please let us know. We'll advise on the best next step to get that taken care of.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;StephR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
