&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23"&gt;@sc1999&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggested it may help to try logging in whilst connected to a Three signal instead of WiFi. If this doesn't work please let us know, and also any error messages you're seeing?&lt;/P&gt;
