International roaming on account

I'm trying to access my account if International is activated for USA, the guide on the website is not what it should be. I have logged into account but nothing is showing what should be.

I have tried chat but keeps closing as no agents available and trying to phone ends up sending me a link.

I know where the setting was but it's not there now. Sorry and hopefully someone will know where it has been moved to.

Update: I managed to get on live chat first thing, they have confirmed international data roaming is active.
