I am getting charged £2 a day for roaming when I am in the republic of Ireland. I have been with 3 for 12 years and this has always been in my plan. When I check my plan it states that republic of Ireland and isle of man are exempt from these charges. I have contacted three customer services three times and they don't understand this. The last time the representative basically told me that if I didn't like it I could get my PAC number and leave. Is there anyone I can contact
