    <description>&lt;P&gt;I originally ported to Three from another network and elected to retain my previous number. However the MSISDN on the Three SIM is wrong and does not correspond to my Three phone number. I had visited a Three store to get the MSISDN on the Three SIM changed to match my phone number but they weren't able to do it as they said it was locked. I asked if a new SIM could be provided that had a programmable MSISDN field but this was not available. So what is the solution to make the SIM MSISDN correspond to my Three number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm so the number you requested has ported over, and works for calls, but in your settings it still shows the original Three number we provided? Please let us know what model of phone you use, and we'll be able to look into this further.&lt;/P&gt;
