      <title>Locked out of account . Two accounts on one email address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I risk physical abuse if I get caught creating another email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have one email address and two accounts registered to that email address.&amp;nbsp; I can only access one account now&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I desperately need access to my account so I did try and change it - it doesn't work - I have to contact them.&amp;nbsp; Live chat and customer support is now closed.&amp;nbsp; Three have essentially locked me out off my account without informing me of these changes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't see how this can even be legal...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
