      <description>&lt;P&gt;Di you get a new number or port your old one? If it's a new number your best bet is to go to a 3 shop and they can give you a replacement. If you are porting an old number then it may be a day or two before you are up and running. You can also request a replacement sim if you log into your account but you may not have setup your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
