&lt;P&gt;Normally the insurance company would be looking for confirmation of blacklisting, and proof of usage on the network. Is that what they are asking you to provide in this case?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm really struggling to get an "insurance usage report" from Three after my phone and sim were stolen abroad. I see there are many other posts about this but what is the best way to get it escalated please? I have provided all the information required just to have my "case closed".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm starting to worry this will mean I can't make a claim on my insurance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Matthew&lt;/P&gt;</description>
