How do i cancel and Add On?

hi there.

I've been going around in a loop on the website trying to find out where on earth i cancel an add on, any ideas?

I clicked the wrong one and my new £35 one is due to start tomorrow (Tuesday) and i only wanted the £15 add on so i'd like to cancel the one that starts tomorrow and buy a new cheaper one.. but there isn't anywhere on the website that enables me to cancel.

Just to check, do you have a Pay As You Go SIM plan with us?
Is the Add-on you're referring to, the £35 Unlimited Add-on referenced in our Pay As You Go price guide?

Once a Pay As You Go Add-on has been bought, it cannot be cancelled and unfortunately we can’t offer a refund if you've bought an Add-on by mistake. I know that'll be disappointing, but I do hope you'll find the unlimited allowances good value.

Let me know if I've picked you up wrong, or there's anything else I can help with.
