Moving from pay monthly to pay as you go

Hi there

I was told by a live chat operator that i can't move from pay monthly to pay as you go even when my contract ends, the only option would be to move to sim only deal which i am not interested in.

How is that possible

What about if want to leave theee and keep my number

Leaving 3 three is easy just ask for a pac code when your contract ends. Go to you new network and give them the pac and your number moves with you. If you like the 3 network coverage you can always go to Smarty which is 3's sub-brand.

What you need to know is covered by this link including a mention of going from contract to PAYG.

ridiculous isn't it. this is why I am looking at other options apart from three. Loyalty means nothing to them aswell

Sadly, we don't have a facility in place to convert Pay Monthly SIMs into Pay as You Go.

Currently, if you wish to do this, you'd need to port out to another network and then port back in to Three.
