      <description>&lt;P&gt;No it’s “up to”.I had this myself a couple of months ago. I would periodically restart your phone to see if it’s been sorted. Frustrating I know but definitely up to 72 hours as opposed to a total of 72 hrs. I think customer service tell you that to stop you repeatedly calling them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck and I hope it’s sorted soon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You think switching it on and off sometimes may help?thanks for the reply and you may be right about that.this is what I get for not being home when the first one was delivered and my dog got to it first 🫣&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Switching it off and on forces your phone to search for a network so in that sense you’ll find out if it’s sorted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Oh and as a suggestion I should feed your dog more. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
