Voicemail wont deactivate

Could someone help please, I'm a new 3 customer & have called 4 times now with regards to deactivating my voicemails as I dont use voicemail and I dont want anyone to be able to leave one, haven't even set it up... 3 chat and cust services both advise its deactivated but it isn't, people are still able to ring my phone when its off and have the option to leave voicemails. Any help would be appreciated!

No, its the one thing that has majorly put me off being new with 3 and wish i hadnt bothered 😞
