Upgarde after 90 days

I was told when I got 2 sim only deals out I be able to upgarde before Xmas so on the 22 Dec I was told I can't till 26th December so I contact them on boxing day then be told I can't till today 27th December and now today I been told tomorrow. I have been given wrong info over 3 times now is this normal as if this happen tomorrow I thinking paying the last month's I have to leave

Please be a little more specific. What upgrade were you expecting?

I was told after 90 days I could upgarded to a handset but everytime I called on day they said they say following day been 3 times in total
