This is ridiculous I can't cancel my add on this is a simple thing but there's no option to cancel..

Please cancel my add on or I change the network and make a complaint about this three network

Hi, we are customers of three who try to help. We do not have access to customer's accounts, surprise, surprise, so your only option is to contact customers services either by phone or live chat.

There have been a number of posts on this subject but, unfortunately, no one has come back and posted a solution.

As sc1999 says you need to follow the yellow brick road to customer service.
