      <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you request it? If it is being sent by post then you may have to wait an extra day or three. The Royal Mail always struggle at Christmas and, according to the press, letters and small packages have been delayed in presence to parcels. If you know the number you could always ask a 3 shop if they can offer a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
