    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tried to get a new plan, and I was asked get PAC so I texted PAC to 65075 according to the instruction on the website &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/shop/addons" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.three.co.uk/shop/addons&lt;/A&gt;, then 65075 asked for my DOB, both texts were charged additionally but it didn't&amp;nbsp;give me PAC.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is the message I received:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Hello. Sorry, but we're struggling to verify your account. Please go to 3.uk/iai for more info."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Can someone help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A PAC code can be generated from the Three app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once logged in click on Account, then leave Three, then Get PAC &amp;amp; STAC, then PAC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 65075 service should work seamlessly.&amp;nbsp; It does with EE, O2, Smarty and others, but hasn't worked properly for months (if ever) with Three. It's pretty poor that they aren't held to account by Ofcom and/or the Ombudsman in relation to this.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
