Hi so I'm already a three member and have had the last few phones be on three, I was looking to upgrade from a Samsung galaxy a52s to the galaxy s24 ultra on the actual three app/website. But it saids I need a PAC to keep my old number? So I have texted 65075 with PAC and my date of birth but each time all I get back is.

I have been looking around but can't find any information on this as most posts about PAC is either leaving or joining three.

Anyone got any advice as I don't want to upgrade then lose my number

You do not need a PAC for an upgrade. There was a recent post on this subject with a reply from a moderator.
