      <title>Upgrading from a sim to a handset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have been on a 12 month sim only deal now for 6 months and tried to upgrade to a handset which was declined. You’d think with being an existing customer I’d be allowed a handset deal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
