I upgraded my 2 daughters phones to contract phones as they was on a Sim only deal and needed new mobiles. one of my daughters kept her old number. I’m now being charged for 3 phones when I only have two. I’ve tried to explain to three but they don’t seem to understand it. Very since my daughters new contract I’ve had to pay manually over the phone and was being charged for two mobiles from my bank which I cancelled one of the direct debits. So now I’m stuck paying for another phone number and three of now sent it to the debt collectors no one seems to understand when I tell them.
because they have no record of my daughters no. I’ve sent the bills over and no response . She get a text message every month on phone to pay her bill and we pay over the phone .

Hello, Cowper.

It sounds like it's a frustrating experience. Something doesn't sound right based on what you've described.

When upgrading, the phone number for the account is always retained. You mentioned only 1 of your daughters wanted to keep her number, does this mean the other one wanted a new number? If so, you will likely have only completed 1 upgrade, and the other line would be a new line entirely.

Can you confirm if this is what's happened?

Pete.
