I’m now being charged for 3 phones when I only have two. I’ve tried to explain to three but they don’t seem to understand it. Very since &nbsp;my daughters new contract I’ve had to pay manually over the phone and was being charged for two mobiles from my bank which I cancelled one of the direct debits. So now I’m stuck paying for another phone number and three of now sent it to the debt &nbsp;collectors no one seems to understand when I tell them.&nbsp;<BR />because they have no record of my daughters no. &nbsp;I’ve sent the bills over and no response . Something doesn't sound right based on what you've described.</P> <P>When upgrading, the phone number for the account is always retained. You mentioned only 1 of your daughters wanted to keep her number, does this mean the other one wanted a new number?
