      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried this twice and got nowhere, 3 times on chat with same issue and got nowhere.&amp;nbsp; I have the exact same issue regarding an account I haven't used since 2010 - it suddenly got reinstated again 7 months ago when Three had a new system installed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
