      <title>Upgrade after 90 days sim only</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I want to upgrade to sim only and I’ve been told with 12 and 24 month contracts after 90days after credit check you can have a free upgrade. Is this correct?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just wanting to see if anyone has had any problems with this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Usually the sales teams will waive the Early Upgrade Fee for the remaining time on a SIM only, provided you've passed the first 90 days, and you're moving from SIM only to a handset plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You do still need to pass the credit check for this new upgrade though, and you may be asked to pay an upfront contribution towards the new phone too.&lt;/P&gt;
