&lt;P&gt;It looks like this is your first post on the community, so I'm not 100% on the circumstances? As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23"&gt;@sc1999&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;says you should be able to find info about your plan from the Three App, My3, or from &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;customer services&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also happy to give advice here, but please help me understand the situation in a bit more detail.&lt;/P&gt;
