Today I have failed a credit check when I went to upgrade as my contract is ending . Does this now mean I’m no longer a three customer ? Been with them for years

I don’t believe so . As far as I’m aware your original contract will continue on a month by month basis until you end it.

Hi @Kiwidad,

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to upgrade. As @Anonymous says, the current plan will roll over until you switch or cancel. If the monthly rate you have right now is one that works for you, you can keep this and try to upgrade again later. It's usually recommended to wait 90 days between credit checks when applying for upgrades or new lines.

I hope you may consider staying, but can understand if you're looking at your options elsewhere now, there's more info about switching and cancelling here.

Thanks,
Jonathan
