    <description>&lt;P&gt;I found out today that I had 2 Add ons active on my plan since 2021.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I was on an unlimited plan paying £30/month&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told I had a 1GB &amp;amp; 3GB add on active on my account auto renewing without my knowledge. An additional £12/month!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How and why would this have been activated on an unlimited plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The best advice would be to &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;contact customer services&lt;/A&gt;. They'll hopefully have more information about how this happened, and can check if they have any options to support you as this has been impacting your bills for a long time now.&lt;/P&gt;
