Your phone won't necessarily always adjust to roaming when you go abroad. You'll often need to make sure this is activated on your Three account online, as well as in your phone's network settings. We understand this'll be frustrating, especially if you're going round in circles trying to get the OTP.       <title>OTP issues (no mobile signal)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got a UK 3 SIM only plan.&amp;nbsp; Just landed in Faro, Portugal. Phone didn't automatically adjust for roaming.&amp;nbsp; Consequently no mobile or data. Using hotel WiFi to log into my account to change settings but 3 is messaging OTP to my phone, which is no use since I don't have mobile &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":astonished_face:"&gt;😲&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to get round this, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
