      <title>Got topup every month</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm Mastura from Malaysia.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have used three simcard Oct 2023 just for 2 weeks during my vacation to UK. During there, my data was ran out and I have call the customer services to topup my data for 10Gbp.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since I'm going back to Malaysia, I noticed that, every month it auto topup into the number&amp;nbsp;+447********* that I was used at UK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It was charge into my credit card every month until now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you help me to terminate this account. And I want got refund back the money into my credit card account. Every 29th of the month I received email statement of the topup.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Kindly help to solve this problem quickly to avoid payment every month.&lt;/P&gt;
