&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear this. Did the allowance eventually load, or had the card transaction for this failed? Have you managed to get this checked out with &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;customer services&lt;/A&gt;, or was the issue sorted out in the end?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>no allowance showed and not taken from credit</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my auto renew pack expired yesterday but it says in recent activity the purchase was complete yet it hasn't taken the money off my credit and not showing me my allowance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
