      <title>Charged for a top-up but Three has no record of the transaction</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two days ago on April 21st 2024 I paid £10 for a top up. This was for a&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;10GB Data Pack.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I topped up online and received a "Your payment has been received" message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can confirm the money has left my bank account, with a transaction cleared date of 22 April 2024.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I do not actually have any data on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have talked to someone via web chat, who let me know that they do not have any record of the transaction from two days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to get the data I paid for added to my account, or I would like a refund of the £10 that Three has taken from my bank.&amp;nbsp;I would appreciate any help or advice. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
