      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've just paid my phone bill of £62 pound but my bank is saying they're taking&lt;/STRONG&gt; £124. I need this back to pay other bills so what do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is it a direct debit that is being taken for £124 on top of the £62? Or was the manual payment you made taken for £124 instead of the expected £62?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you also confirm when the payment was made, and if there was a direct debit, when was that due?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
