I've just paid my phone bill of £62 pound but my bank is saying they're taking £124. I need this back to pay other bills so what do I do?

Is it a direct debit that is being taken for £124 on top of the £62? Or was the manual payment you made taken for £124 instead of the expected £62?

Can you also confirm when the payment was made, and if there was a direct debit, when was that due?
