Hey so i recently bought 120 gb sim plan and thought it will be enough but it isn’t so i want to upgrade from 120 to unlimited. Is there any way i can get it done ,because on website it shows i have to pay fees of 325 pounds .please helpppppp

You can change your plan using my3 or I suggest you get in touch with customer services to discuss this.

Hi @Nivleen,

Upgrading will cancel your current plan, and start a new agreement. That's why you'll be seeing an early termination fee. Usually you can increase your plan mid contract term without having to upgrade though. We refer to this as a price plan change.

As @MZone says, check out your options for managing your plan in My3, or get in touch and we should be able to check if there's an appropriate option.
