    <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh dear, I'm really sorry you've not been able to check up on your balance, horacekit. Let's try and figure that out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is your Pay As You Go SIM still working, with signal bars showing as normal?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you unable to open the Three App or log into My3 online at all, or is it just the balance that's missing from those?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you able to check your balance by calling 333 and choosing from the automated options?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried over a week for checking my balance over both 3 app and website but they shown sorry they know the problem and try to fix it, trying to contact 3 agent but they are not helping out at all, only told me to reset password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
