      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It might be worth contacting the team again and asking them to check your credit limit within the account. This is different from the spend limit, and ca sometimes be set to a lower number than the spend limit. If that's set too low, it would prevent you from being able to send those texts regardless of what the spend limit is set to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
