      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a direct debit set up, making a manual payment will not stop the direct debit from being collected due it being automated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If left as it is, the payment will be taken again, and your account will go into credit. The credit will automatically adjust into the next bill, reducing that direct debit by however much the amount is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you'd rather stop it, you'd need to cancel the direct debit completely, and then set it back up again. If your payment is due within the next 3 working days, it might be too late to stop it from being collected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
