Yes you can either speak to customer service or order one via the My Three app or you can go into a Three shop with either your driving licence or passport as id and get one there.

My phone came up with Sim not installed emergency calls only, I tried cleaning the sim and contacts,,,, no good,,,

Our local supermarket has a 3 shop, so I took my phone in while my wife shopped.

He took my sim out, put it in another phone and said your sim has packed up. He got a new sim, he connected my phone to his laptop and 5 minutes later he handed me my phone and said, All done sir, my number was just the same and everything,,, Apps and all was working perfectly, I asked how much it costed to do the repair, he said no cost for sim faults. So thanks Paul he was a credit to 3 and everything still perfect.
