Hello.

Welcome to the Three Community.

It's worth checking your credit report with the agency if you're confident you haven't made any late payments. There are apps and services that use data from credit report companies such as Experian, where they use predictive elements in their information.

This can sometimes cause companies to show up as having a payment from a previous month show as not paid yet, then it eventually shows as paid, but then the following months bill then shows in it's place. This is just how the information is being shown to the user though, and doesn't indicate that a default or mark has been placed on the users report.

If you are however certain that it's showing as a default on the report, it would be a good idea to speak to the support team at Three on the link shared by MZone. The team will be able to check the account to see what caused the issue.

Three have reports missed payments for March and April to creditors but I made the payments for each month. I've checked with bank and on my payments on the three app and the payments were made each month.

I only nnoticed something was a miss when Clearscore app reported my credit rating had dropped significantly. How do I go about rectifying this mistake?

Best regards,

R

Strange! Did you make the payments late? If you haven’t set up a direct debit you should really consider doing it. But if your payments are all in order then take screenshots of the payments via your bank statements and email them to Three. If they’ve stuffed things up they can then remedy things with the credit reference agency.
