I have a smart watch sim is a rolling monthly contract around £6 a month for the last two months I’ve been trying to have it turned off as I don’t use the watch no more. The watch is not using the Sim. I’ve asked to deactivate it they said I had to do it on the watch which I’ve done and yet I am still getting a bill for it. How do I get the smart watch sim off

You need to contact customer services here. I had the same issue with my Apple watch. You can remove the eSIM from the watch but it tells you this doesn’t cancel any plans and you have to contact your provider.
