    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Hello, I'm presently going around my 3 accounts adjusting the initial mistakes made in the re reg or conversion of accounts and I have found one of my email addresses connected to my primary account showing my age to be 13 years old.&lt;DIV&gt;How did this happen and why is it not obvious after 15 years with&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;three&lt;/SPAN&gt;-3 this was not immediately apparent that a thirteen year old should not have access to anything legal let alone communication verification and financial, and now after this attempt to embroil myself and family into ordering a £1000 phone or there abouts according to Julia Finnemores's MPD Ltd officers left on my doorstep with some of the dodgiest Sky so called fitters coming and going at the same time as this phone was literally dumped on my mat it was heavenly intervention only that brought me to the door as the bell was&amp;nbsp; also disconnected, for some reason this phone and the Sim pack that came with it did not disappear into the ether without my knowing anything about it until the bank statement showed up, it was pure intervention of some kind that this fraud, yes! fraud was discovered when it was, the investigation is underway, thankyou for involving me in that let's hope the credit score doesn't hit rock bottom whilst I'm in the process of trying to find out who gained access to my&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;three&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;account to order these expensive items and now I find I'm thirteen years old by your reckoning.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;How have you allowed yourselves to be put into such a compromising position.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Who's AI are you using for your new site because if you will allow me to give you a little feedback if this happless site tries to continue on roaming prospects only with those horrendous buffering dots then the ends in sight for this once wonderful community based company and I for one will truly miss your contribution in the communication age we are entering into right now.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Find out who is hacking my account!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I'm not thirteen and you should have known that.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;That's the worry here.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;3 Customer of 15 years.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
