    <description>&lt;P&gt;OMG I had exactly the same scenario in October last year! You do know you can pick a replacement up at a Three shop with suitable ID. Not sure why they haven’t sent you the email containing the eSIM because sending that automatically disconnects the physical SIM card which has happened in your case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check which email address they’re sending it to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>eSIM email not arriving and physical SIM deactivated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Requested an eSIM for new phone, 3 deactivated my physical SIM but cant send me the Esim, it just never turns up. So now I have no phone until they send me a new physical sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously they think i should still be paying for not having a phone due to their inability to send an email. Don't worry though they still felt like it was ok to advertise to me during the support chat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;utter trash, will be gone the second i can&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to request the eSIM during business hours like between 9-5 otherwise the email doesn’t get sent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
