There are various add ons available whether you’re payg or pay monthly. All can be purchased via the My Three app so if you haven’t downloaded it you should do it now and then select the add in you require depending on which is your “home country”. Any questions contact customer service.

You can find more info on calling and texting abroad here. As @Anonymous says without knowing whether you're on PAYG or Pay Monthly and where you need to contact we can't give any more detailed advice.
