The new website is NOT user friendly. I have had problems purchasing add-ons for the past few months since Three changed to the new webpage. In the past few months, it always shows £0 free SIM on the order summary when I bought the add-on but never have a new number/SIM card sent to me. This month, I have selected add-ons with unlimited texts and call as usual but this time the add-ons has been topped up to a 'new number' under my name. How can I reverse this and put the add-ons to my current number as there is no need for a new number. Thank you.

Blimey what a nightmare! Speaking of nightmares you’ll need to start a live chat with customer service I’m afraid as this discussion forum has no access to your account.
