Stop auto renew

I have a PAYG 80GB Data Pack Auto Renew.

I want to stop the auto renew and then take out a different data pack when it finishes.

I cannot see how to do this.

I can remove the data pack but does this remove it immediately or will it continue until it runs out?

To remove an add-on, you can use the My3 app or log in via the web. Keep in mind that some add-ons are on auto-renewal, while others are not. Once canceled, you won't be charged from your next bill.

Hey,

Welcome to the Community.

You can cancel this as your allowances will remain for the rest of the month with the Data Pack Auto Renew. Once this runs out you'll then be able to select a new one.

I have tried this but there is no way to confirm auto renew cancelled and when you click the X it simply takes you back to auto renew. What am I doing wrong

That would normally do it. If it's still not working, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Support Team so they can help get it done for you.
