Hi I've got mobile 3 WiFi potable and it doesn't let you get rewards or anything I can't access the code it asking for it said it texted me but I don't receive a text as it portable.wifi how do I claim rewards thankyou

Welcome to the Three Community.

You need the Three+ app, and either a Pay Monthly or PAYG phone or SIM only plan with Three to take advantage of our Three+ offers and pre-sales. Three Broadband accounts are not currently eligible for these.
