Sorry as @Geluk mentioned, this is our customer forum, so we wouldn't make account changes for you from here. I'm assuming you're paying Netflix by adding the monthly charge to your Three bill? Just like paying Netflix by card payment, you'd cancel this from Netflix themselves, their website should be able to give you more info on how to do this, or failing that, they should have a customer support service.
