&lt;P&gt;There's 2 solutions to this issue. Customer Services can give you the PUK if you &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt;. Or if you have a Three store nearby, you can also pop in with your photo ID and they'll replace your SIM for you.&lt;/P&gt;
