    <description>&lt;P&gt;Utterly useless support! Wrong bills, disconnections, broken app and I have more chance of talking to the dead than customer support!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill is wrong, lots of data packs I didn't want, four of them from the same day! Used chat robot as no phone number or people to talk to (of course not, that would be weird for a communications company!!) I got disconnect 3 times using the chat window and still didn't get my issues resolved. What I did learn is that I have to pay the bill even though they acknowledge it's wrong and then sort it out in my next bill? This is so wrong, possbily criminal and on top of all the other rubbish issues regarding the app, coverage and lack of communication is the final straw. Bye bye Three, you have been utterly useless!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
