    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm thinking of cancelling my Three account. Do I still need to send back the 5G router even though it is more than 2 years old?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I find the Three support is woeful. Got put in a webchat Q behind 27 others. Tried in the app but it said no one is available and I should use the webchat. Impossible to find answers to arbitrary questions like these but of course really easy to buy something else!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The 5G router is loaned to you as part of your contract so you do have to return it. There is currently no option to own after the contract has terminated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
