Changing phone number

I’ve just upgraded from pay as you go to a pay monthly sim I don’t want the new phone number that’s come with the sim I want to continue using my normal number ( that was on my pay as you go 3 mobile sim ) how do i achieve that I seem to not be able to get any further than the normal automated options on the 3 app .. thanks for any help 👍🏻

I believe you have to port your Three PAYG number to another network (Asda mobile is free) and then you can port it back to your Three pay monthly. It’s called a double port.

Wow you’d of thought they’d of had a better way of doing it by now, thanks for the advice though I’ll look into that. Thanks 👍🏻

They could do this internally before they upgraded their billing platform.
