Existing Customer EU Roaming

As my contract was started way back before 1st October 2021,

I believe my existing Call, Text and Data allowance with be honored in the EU without additional charges (please correct me if this is wrong)

My query is...

If I purchase a data boost package will this also be usable in the EU without additional roaming charges?

Hi @Macca47,

Yes your UK allowance including add ons can be used whilst roaming in Europe. You do need to be aware there's also a fair usage policy though. You can use up to 12GB, then there's a surcharge of 0.3p/MB thereafter in the same billing month.
