But until then, if you continue to use data, you may be charged at out-of-allowance rates.”&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was wondering if it was because I am out of the country, but then I see other people in the country having the same issue. When I try to log into my account on either computer or mobile app, I just receive this&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;"Something Went Wrong. We are unable to retrieve your data."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thankfully no money has been taken from my account...yet. If I'm stuck without data while out of the country I'm going to end up lost somewhere and not be able to get back!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Guys, I cannot login to my account, it says "Something Went Wrong", Try again. I tried to call helpline but it says we are having technical issues and trying to resolve it. My autorenewal data package did not go through as it was due to tonight. Now I cannot have data and cannot login or talk to anyone.. I need data for work as a delivery driver. Any Ideas? digital assistant bot is of no use, takes me to automated web pages..!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two hours after their first attempt at the auto-renew, Three charged my debit card for another £10, and sent me the same text again as above about the payment not going through. So now they have taken £20 from my bank account and still no service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's took me an hour and a half 10 444 calls 5 333 calls&amp;nbsp; 3 app even on main page cost me 5 pound of my top to and I'm not sure if my add on has been added, for a communication company absolutley shocking and disgusting how customers are put through loops and loops and even lying automated messages, saying I couldn't top up an add in as I have one WHICH I DON'T, then he changed his mind to technical difficulties..... I still don't know yet till I check if I'm even topped up.... Funny thing is want to buy something it works........ Shocking communication company I'll be taking this much much further&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>My3 and data pack</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was unable to access my account on the My3 app for almost 3 weeks now. My data pack ran out this morning and I tried to put a new one on and 333 informed me that there were difficulties and to try again later. I tried using the internet but was met with error message after error message. Spoke to the call center and was informed even they couldnt access the account to put my voucher on and buy the data pack. I was told I'd receive a phone call when the systems were fixed and currently 8 hours later I still have not had a phone call. I still have no internet. I managed to sign into my account on the internet and the app, but recieved another error message when I tried to check out with the £35 data pack online, and I am unable to even find the data pack I want on the app. I phoned 333 in hopes of using my credit to buy the data pack there and was informed the call center closed but can still use it to self-service, where I was then told I still have a data pack running and cant buy another, yet I still have no phone internet because my pack ran out yesterday and I can now no longer contact help at 3 network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I’ve had the same. My data roaming is off and I keep getting messages to say I have activated the pass. Apparently I am now close to my spending cap when I have purposely not wanting to activate international roaming. The problem is you can’t confirm / activate / deactivate international roaming at all and there is no clear way to see your bill for the month. I am currently away and get back in a couple of days and am very unhappy with the service provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;sim only contract 24 months on iPhone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been experiencing the same issue since 10am. Currently lost all £42 credit on my account, after spending 9 hours trying to get on it. Tried to put my voucher on through 333 this morning and was asked to try again later, tried the app but was given an error code 500, tried online but came up there were no active lines connected to the account. Finally managed to put my voucher on my phone using the website but was given another error when I tried to check out with my £35 data pack. Restarted my phone and checked my app again and it now wont even log me on. Phoned 333 again only to hear I have £0 on my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I fully agree, 3 has been awful in the past but the last few months for me have been horrendous. There are times I have to hang my phone out of my window just to send a whatsapp message as my signal rarely gets over 1 bar of 4G. I gave up on the app weeks ago after I got stuck with the same error code:500 message and could no longer even check my account balance never mind by an add-on, I just went back to buying a voucher and calling up 333 again like I used to years ago. I fear the desperation to be the best has ruined the quality of this network, and they've seem to have no problem leaving half of us in the dust with our issues. I'll be contacting the helpdesk at 8am tomorrow to sort my account out and I will be leaving soon aftet regarding the outcome. I hope you get to speak to someone and get sorted soon too&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bet you get no hassle when initially buying there products, and plus what communication company gives you a help /issues number But you can't ring it off your 3 network you have to use another network or land-line... Now that is mind boggling, and which ever High paid boffin /think tank, came up with that&amp;nbsp; idea should be sacked on the spot I say totally defies communication logic in my eyes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
