Does the daily £2 roaming charge apply for using UK Three SIMO phone in the Republic of Ireland?

Can't find a definitive answer anywhere.

There’s no charge to unlock your UK call, text, and data allowances while roaming in the Republic of Ireland. And fair usage limits do not apply while roaming there either.
